The Inside Story

The interiors have been thoughtfully redesigned to make the most of the villa’s extraordinary setting. Large French doors flood the rooms with natural light and open onto terraces and balconies on every side, blurring the line between indoor and outdoor living. Air conditioning keeps the ground floor cool throughout the summer months.

At the heart of the house is a beautifully appointed kitchen, newly installed in 2025. Italian marble worktops, contemporary lighting and premium appliances create a space as suited to leisurely breakfasts as they are to long family suppers overlooking the Adriatic.

The elegant living room is a comfortable place to gather after a day by the sea, with a Smart TV, wireless Bluetooth speakers and seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Whether you’re staying connected or switching off, high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa, extending across the terraces and pool area for effortless remote working or streaming.

Pillow Talk

There are six air-conditioned bedrooms and five bathrooms: 3 ensuite and then one smaller and one larger family bathroom.

The smaller family bathroom has walk in shower, marble topped vanity unit and WC whilst the larger family bathroom has a freestanding bath, separate walk in rain shower , WC and marble double sink vanity unit. In addition there is a ground floor toilet and solar heated outdoor shower.

The bathrooms were fully renovated in 2026.

Life at Casa Sviracina is lived outdoors. Terraces, balconies and secluded decks wrap around the villa, creating countless places to follow the sun—or the shade—throughout the day. The heated infinity pool catches the first light of dawn, while evenings are rewarded with spectacular sunsets across the Adriatic.

Sink into deep outdoor sofas, stretch out on a sun lounger by the pool, enjoy morning yoga overlooking the forest or gather with family and friends around the wood-fired barbecue and traditional pizza oven as the evening draws in. Whether it’s a leisurely breakfast, a long lunch or dinner beneath the stars, every moment unfolds to the gentle rhythm of the Adriatic.

For those arriving by sea, Casa Sviracina also offers private permanent moorings for speedboats, sailing yachts and jet skis, making it effortless to explore Hvar’s hidden coves before returning to the peace and seclusion of Sviracina Bay.
